All of our beef is grass fed and grass finished. We follow rotational grazing practices when weather permits.
We do not vaccinate or use hormones on our cattle. Antibiotics will only be used in life saving situations. Much like humans, there’s a time and place for antibiotics. If antibiotics are used, we follow all federal withdrawal periods before any animal is sent to slaughter.
Our beef is slaughtered and butchered at an inspected and government approved facility in Kelowna BC.
